As the well-trodden platitude says, "life happens." Sometimes that means the majority of your state goes dark because of a winter storm. Sometimes it means you need to record a podcast in the same room as a cat who just loves to scream at the top of her lungs. Well, c'est la vie.
In this episode, we talk about how certain brands choose to license their IPs, and whether a more restrictive approach (like Disney's) or a looser one (like Games Workshop's) is better for the consumer, the company in charge of said IP, and the IP's overall value and reputation.
